ABOUT THE LOTUS ROOM
The Lotus Room is a beautiful studio space, perfect for offering classes in Yoga, Pilates and Fitness.
The space can also be used for photography, bridal showers, performing arts, ladies nights, meetings and workshops.
Situated at Unit 36, Momentum Place, Bamber Bridge, Preston, PR5 6EF, we are very close to the motorway network for Preston, Chorley, Blackburn and Leyland.
This light and airy, fully air conditioned room is a great place for fitness and wellbeing.
WHY THE LOTUS ROOM?
I chose the 16 petalled Lotus and the Colour Blue to symbolise the studio.
The 16 petalled lotus represents the Throat Chakra or Vishuddha (Va – enhances, Shuddhi – purification)
It is the seat of communication located between the heart and the third eye. The bridge between our Thoughts (from the Chakra’s above) And our Feelings (from the Chakra’s below)
It is through the throat Chakra that we express everything that is alive within us.
ABOUT THE OWNER
My name is Mikala Tolley and I own Yoga & Pilates For All and The Lotus Room.
As a Yoga & Pilates instructor, I love and am genuinely excited and enthusiastic about what can be achieved.
I am a qualified Yoga, Pilates and Exercise Instructor, with many specialist qualifications. These include Pre & Post Natal Exercise, Exercise for the Independent Active Older Population & Exercise Referral and Nutrition.
